Patersonia Cottage is a pretty Victorian cottage, circa 1880 with a fabulous renovation transforming it into a very comfortable home away from home in one of Launceston’s most sought after locations. A complimentary bottle of Tasmanian Sparkling Wine and gourmet chocolates awaits your arrival. Features include Two comfortable living spacesto enjoy plus a sunny courtyard with outdoor seating. Patersonia Cottage has Two good sized bedrooms, one featuring a Queen Ensemble and the second with Twin King single beds.

The well-appointed kitchen offers a full range of equipment for the most discerning cook. For coffee lovers there is a Caffitaly Coffee machine.

A complimentary Port-a-cot (including linen), high chair and stroller is available on request. Heating is provided throughout and air conditioning for warmer days.

Patersonia Cottage is located a short stroll from a village like cluster of shops including the well-known Landfall Butchery, the Charles St Fruit and Vegetable Shop, and a Coles supermarket. If you prefer to eat out there is a myriad of dine-in or take away restaurants which are open early until late.
